I made this rag doll for my daughter when she was a little girl, over thirty years ago. Over the years I must have made dozens of them, no two alike. The poem is an oldie from my college days, but it still makes me smile. We fashion our creations in our image, whether we make a poppet, a painting or a poem. They reflect who we are, just as we reflect our Maker.
